Dr. Bethany Fulton, LPCC
Located in Athens, Ohio in the United States of America, Dr. Fulton's practice focuses on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindful self-compassion techniques to assist those living with depression, anxiety, and grief.
Her priority is for each client to feel safe, respected, heard, and supported. This may mean use of music, poetry, fiber arts, narrative story boarding, journaling or somatic movement along with more traditional psychotherapy models.
A message from Dr. Fulton:
"Counseling is different for every person. It starts with taking the first step and if you are here, you just may be ready to move forward.
Welcome.
I am so glad you are here."
